1. General Provisions and Definitions

• Real Money Balance: Actual funds deposited into a member's account.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each person may create only one account — multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

3. Account Management and Security

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. The rules regarding account management are as follows:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• OTPs or verification codes will only come from ba 9999's official system — no third party will ever ask for this information.

3.1 Account Suspension and Closure

ba 9999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: operating multiple accounts, suspected fraud, providing false information, bonus abuse, or serious violation of these terms. A valid real money balance is generally returned during a suspension, but may be forfeited if fraud is proven.

A member may also request the closure of their account at any time. In that case, any remaining real money balance will be returned through the normal withdrawal process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ba 9999's bonus offers are an added benefit for members, but certain conditions must be followed when using them.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can never be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus only become withdrawable once the specified wagering has been completed.
• No more than one bonus may be active at a time.

• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be voided and the account may be placed under review.

11. Changes to Terms

The "Last Updated" date on this page will always reflect the most recent version. Members who wish to keep a copy of an older version must save it themselves.
